Overview Job Skills / Requirements

The Branch Resource Coordinator (BRC) provides essential office support through quality control functions. The BRC works with the office team, site supervisors, and payroll to ensure accurate scheduling, pay, and billing for the Northern BC Branch.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Create, manage, and track employee averaging agreements
  • Perform quality control for all schedules in the branch and perform audits and adjustments at bi-weekly lockdown and month end
  • Review monthly billing reports to ensure accurate invoicing for all Paladin clients
  • Review biweekly payroll reports to ensure employees hours and rates of pay are accurate
  • Create post orders for special coverages
  • Provide coaching on scheduling techniques and best practices for other office members
  • Receive and process employee requests for time off, employee reimbursements, and payroll adjustments (JIRA Dashboard)
  • Build jobs and schedules in WinTeam as new contracts/special coverages come in
  • Build new customer/billing information for each new coverage
  • Track mileage/other travel expenses billable to clients on spreadsheets to submit to billing at the end of the month
  • Oversee scheduling for various static sites and special coverages
  • Keep track of expenses and submit expense forms for various portfolios
  • Track various security clearance compliances across portfolios and assist employees in applying for said clearances
  • Any related work orders or Quotes for CBRE VAMS System.

  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritize.
  • Proficiency in computer usage. Preference will be given to applicants with previous experience in WinTeam, Outlook and Excel.
