Branch Operations Manager – Sudbury, ON

Are you an experienced operations leader with a passion for safety, service excellence, and team development? We’re seeking a Branch Operations Manager to oversee the operations of a busy branch serving industrial, commercial, and municipal clients across Northern Ontario. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide technical service delivery, customer support, and branch performance, while ensuring compliance with the highest safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Champion safety leadership and ensure compliance with policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations including project management, scheduling, inventory optimization, work progress, and reporting.
  • Ensure timely, accurate service delivery and proactive follow-up on deficiencies.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved quickly.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to optimize service delivery and grow client relationships.
  • Lead branch performance goals, ensuring sales and service objectives are met.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of operational management experience, ideally in industrial services, fire and life safety, or related sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing field service delivery teams.
  • Proven ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to make sound decisions and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (including occasional overnight).
