Job summary

A construction company is seeking an experienced accounting professional to handle payroll, maintain financial records, and prepare reports. The ideal candidate will have a college diploma, at least one year of relevant experience, and strong skills in accounting software and MS Office. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Victoria, BC, with a salary range of $30.00 to $35.00 hourly, based on experience.

  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems

  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Prepare trial balance of books
