Location : Hybrid – Telehealth & In-Person, Ontario, CA

Salary : $80,000–$95,000 / year (DOE) + Sign On Bonus

We’re looking for a passionate and driven BCBA or BCBA-D to join our growing team in Ontario, CA. This hybrid role combines the impact of clinical leadership with hands-on support, giving you the opportunity to shape both treatment quality and team culture. Responsibilities
  • Conduct and assist with functional behavior assessments and onboarding new patients.
  • Write and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans and behavior support plans.
  • Provide clinical oversight and program modification to ensure measurable, accelerated patient progress.
  • Supervise and develop Behavior Technicians to promote delivery of high-quality services.
  • Provide parent and caregiver training to ensure strategies extend beyond sessions.
  • Manage assigned caseload and utilization of authorized hours.
  • Offer staff development, training, and modeling for team members and caregivers.
  • Ensure compliance with BACB, state, and federal regulations.
  • Meet regularly with your Area Director to review cases, discuss barriers, and strategize solutions.
  • Collaborate with funding sources as needed.
