Qualifications

• Experience with single family and/or multi-family residential projects is required.
• Knowledge of building codes and new home construction fundamentals is essential.
• Experience with structural design software such as Javelin or Mitek is beneficial.

• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, workflows, and data structures.
