Job summary

A national children's charity seeks a Wish Coordinator to manage the wish granting process from initial contact with families through to delivery. This full-time, hybrid role based in Vancouver or other locations offers a salary range of $57,600-$62,600. Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Experience dealing with highly sensitive customer service situations.
  • Knowledge of basic medical terminology related to child illnesses is an asset.

  • Collaborate with internal departments for wish stories.
