Job description

Inizio Engage Canada is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Virtual Territory Manager (VTM) to engage with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and pharmacy stakeholders via phone or virtual meetings. The role involves representing pharmaceutical brands, delivering key messages, and increasing market share within the therapeutic area of diabetes. This is a fully remote, 4-month contract position reporting to the Business Manager, Commercial Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate key sales messages to HCPs based on approved strategies, plans, and materials.
  • Plan and conduct virtual dinner conferences with targeted HCPs.
  • Consistently meet or exceed program KPIs as directed by the manager.
  • Research territory targets, identify key stakeholders, and generate interest through interactions.
  • Manage territory effectively, assessing business opportunities and meeting call expectations.
  • Build rapport with clients by providing high-quality interactions and understanding their needs.
  • Document call details accurately in the CRM system.
  • Maintain relationships with key influencers and internal teams to ensure KPI achievement and service excellence.
  • Support existing business and promote additional services by providing insights and qualified opportunities.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, trainings, and client-led sessions.
  • Submit expenses promptly via the Concur system.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in sciences.
  • Fluent bilingual in French and English, both oral and written.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, with strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and plan territory coverage effectively.
  • Business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Professional, autonomous, and team-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
