On the Bell Business Markets team, you’ll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers. You’ll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed technical analysis to develop optimized network solutions for business clients and implement comprehensive delivery plans for Unified Communication and Contact Center solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with the technical architecture outlined in the customer account plan, leading the design, planning, and strategy for client delivery plans.
  • Engage regularly with clients, providing expert insights into current and emerging telecommunications and information technologies, contributing to the development of delivery strategies for a wide range of Bell products and services, standard and non-standard, existing and planned.
  • Identify and guide opportunities for professional services by leveraging the technical expertise within Managed Services and collaborating with sales teams to align service offerings with client needs.
  • Influence team members regarding innovative applications of technology solutions, fostering a collaborative environment to enhance team performance.
  • Maintain technical leadership throughout the delivery of various connectivity services, including IP/MPLS and SD-WAN, addressing complex technical challenges.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in Unified Communication and Contact Center technologies across platforms like Microsoft and Zoom, and actively engaged in training and professional development opportunities.
Critical Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in Unified Communication, Contact Center Solutions, or related technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, Zoom Certified Administrator).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical consulting role, specifically in Unified Communication and Contact Center Solutions.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Teams and Zoom platforms, including deployment and support.
  • Experience in leading technical projects and initiatives from conception to delivery.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and designing network solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
