Job summary

A Big 5 bank in Toronto is seeking a bilingual (English and French) Solution Delivery Consultant. Qualifications

Our client, a Big 5 bank, is currently seeking a bilingual (English and French) Solution Delivery Consultant to join their team in Montreal, QC!

We are seeking a Bilingual Implementation Specialist to join our Treasury Payments Solutions team. This role focuses on post-sales implementation for commercial banking clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and exceptional client experience. You will work closely with clients virtually to configure systems, provide training, and resolve inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement commercial client requests (new setups and changes) into back-end banking systems.
  • Provide virtual training and guidance to clients via Teams and inbound calls.
  • Handle inbound calls through the Onboarding Care Team line, focusing on client experience and empathy.
  • Troubleshoot issues such as wire transfers and access problems.
  • Manage ServiceNow tickets and adhere to SLAs (e.g., 5 days for changes, 10 days for complex setups).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with company ethics and legal standards.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 months in financial services, or call center environment.
  • Banking experience or familiarity with terms such as wire payments and direct deposits is an asset.
  • Bilingual in English and French (written and oral).
Work Environment
  • Hours: 11:30 am – 7:30 pm EST
  • Hybrid work model: 4 days in office and 1 day work from home
  • Locations: Toronto, ON; Montreal, QC; Burnaby, BC
  • Duration: 9‑month contract to start, with opportunity for extension or conversion to permanent.
  • Pay: $24‑$25 /hr.
