Job Description

• Compile data for weekly Regional Sales Manager reports and conference calls from Sales Professionals.
• Work with customers in vacant territories until a Sales Professional is hired.
• Track accepted rate proposals and overdue rate increases for the Regional Sales Manager.
• Coordinate all Regional Sales meetings.
• Compile and monitor budget results and spreadsheets per representative/month/quarter.
• Generate queries from sales reporting software as needed.
• Track target and prospect accounts for each Sales Professional.
• Assist the Regional Sales Manager with administrative functions and collaborate with reps to address customer issues, resolve internal departmental issues, and enhance sales productivity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Google Suite, CRM software, and Business Intelligence tools.
• Previous experience in marketing and/or customer service.
• Knowledge of the transportation industry.
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and intuition.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Creative and innovative in creating presentations, reports, and suggestions to improve regional efficiencies.
• Post-secondary education is an asset.
• Must be bilingual in French and English.
