A leading health and well-being provider in Montreal is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to implement testing strategies and improve QA processes. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance, including at least 5 years as a QA Lead. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is preferred. The Quality Assurance Lead is responsible to apply the overall testing strategy and test plan for project implementation. Under the supervision of a Quality Assurance Lead, they are responsible for applying defined best practices and testing techniques on a given project. In addition to overseeing testing activities, they make recommendations to continuously improve QA processes in accordance with best practices. As part of their customer-focused responsibilities, they are responsible for updating the UAT testing strategy and ensuring its proper execution. They act as the gatekeeper for client requests and are accountable for coordinating all joint QA activities.
