This hybrid role focuses on supporting clients through seamless service and timely processing of transactions. Bilingual Investment Administrator (Hybrid) at Hub Financial, a division of HUB International, is a role within one of Canada’s largest independent Managing General Agencies (MGA). We specialize in life insurance, investments, and wealth management, providing independent financial advisors with a wide range of products, resources, and tools to help their business succeed. Our services include access to top-tier insurance solutions, technology platforms, and operational support to streamline processes and improve client outcomes.
The Investment Product Administrator will play a key role in building strong relationships with clients (Advisors) through seamless customer service. This individual will work with the National Investments team handling account updates and openings, processing business transactions, and liaising with carriers and fund companies. They will ensure transactions are accurately processed and timely, identify and correct errors as required, and respond to incoming advisor inquiries promptly.

The expected salary range for this position is $45,000 – $50,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
