Overview

We’re hiring a bilingual (French and English) HR Data Analytics Specialist (12 Month Contract) to join our team and help shape the future of our people strategy. In this role, you’ll work closely with HR Centers of Excellence on-site HR leads, and business stakeholders to harness the power of our HR technology. A key part of your work will involve data entry and data management, ensuring the accuracy, consistency and integrity of the HR data across systems. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records, managing data flows between platforms, and supporting the automation and standardization or reports. You’ll develop meaningful metrics and dashboards that support a wide range of HR and business initiatives and aggregate data from multiple sources to provide a comprehensive view of our workforce.

You’ll ensure our dashboards are standardized and integrated. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to special projects that advance our HR roadmap.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee records and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across HR systems.
  • Manage data flows between platforms and support automation and standardization of reports.
  • Develop meaningful metrics and dashboards to support HR and business initiatives.
  • Aggregate data from multiple sources to provide a comprehensive view of the workforce, reporting on indicators such as headcount, turnover, payroll, and employee changes.
  • Standardize and integrate dashboards across systems.
  • Contribute to special projects that advance the HR roadmap.
Qualifications

What You Need to Succeed

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or Social Sciences.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Cognos (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, strong analytical thinking, and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Initiative, discretion, and ability to build relationships across IAMGOLD teams.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required.
