What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Create and maintain patient records in the CRM, ensuring accuracy and regular updates
  • Execute essential administrative tasks to facilitate patient progression through the program
  • Ensure data integrity and act as a liaison between team members
  • Handle incoming and outgoing faxes in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Organize work schedules to complement multiple time zones
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or data entry role
  • Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably SalesForce
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and French (oral and written)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with faxing software (MyFax or Right Fax)
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Ability to work autonomously and assist team members under increased workload
  • Proven problem‑solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
