What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or data entry role
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with SalesForce or a similar CRM system is an asset
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and French (oral and written)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Experience with faxing software (MyFax or Right Fax) is an asset
  • Technical vocational training or equivalent combination of experience and education
