A leading payments processing company in Toronto is seeking a Customer Experience representative to provide excellent service and technical support to merchants. Candidates must have over a year of customer service experience, be bilingual in French and English, and able to work flexible shifts. As a Customer Experience (CEx) representative, you provide Customer Service Excellence to Moneris merchants and provide detailed technical POS troubleshooting and support, detailed financial support for customer's daily processing needs. You meet overall customer service targets set by the department, offering additional advice up to and including cross-sell products and services.
Paid training will start on January 26th, 2026. You must be available to attend the full 10 weeks training.
Location: You will be based in our Toronto office, balancing in‑office collaboration with remote flexibility.
Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Team Lead, Customer Service
