This position is hourly, and the starting pay rate is $23.50/ hour with eligibility for an afternoon shift premium of $1.50/hr where applicable (DC roles only), and eligibility for an incentive target of $1,200 which is contingent upon achieving both individual and company performance objectives.

We’re hiring full‑time inbound service representatives! You’ll be part of a team reporting to a Supervisor, Customer Experience on March 2nd 2026.

Enjoy your weekends off with our Monday through Friday shift from 6:00am – 6:00pm EST.
Our eight‑week ONSITE onboarding and training academy empowers you to confidently connect with customers through core skills like critical thinking, decision‑making and communication.
After 3 months of service, team members meeting work from home requirements will enjoy a HYBRID work environment of three days onsite and two days at home.
You will be eligible to participate in a bidding process for alternate work shifts, depending on business needs.
