Position Description :

This role is hybrid and requires you to be in our downtown Toronto office 2-3 times per week - subject to change at any time.

Your future duties and responsibilities
  1. Deliver an efficient and exceptional client experience as outlined in the Client Experience Guide ensuring client needs are met by proactively providing clients with quality advice problem resolution and prevention and identifying additional needs as appropriate
  2. Take ownership and resolve client concerns at first point of contact.
  3. Respect the clients time and Compliance to Schedule expectations while meeting client needs. Work within specified performance metrics for all client communications (verbal or written).
  4. Leverage Client Relationship Management tools to document actions and next steps
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
  • of Estate / Legal documentation and settlement processes. Ability to review documentation and determine in good order or follow up required for missing documents
  • in a Call Centre environment
  • oriented strong decision making and problem-solving skills
  • written and verbal communication skills in both French and English is required
  • to multi-task - adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities
  • of Mackenzie products policies and procedures
  • with MS Office (e.g. Word Excel)
