Our client, a growing North American distributor, has partnered with Stacey Danley at Aplin on the search for a Bilingual Client Service Representative. Located on the north side of Winnipeg, this is an ideal opportunity for a bilingual customer service or inside sales professional looking to advance their career.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers
  • Provide expert product guidance and develop long-term customer relationships
  • Manage orders from initial stages to delivery
  • Identify opportunities with new and existing customers
  • Follow up on leads and quotations, update the CRM, and generate sales reports
  • Support regional sales managers with coordinating meetings, market research, and other administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Must be fluently bilingual (English/French)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales-related role
  • Proficiency with MS Office; previous experience working with a CRM would be an asset
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to meet deadlines

Please note this is a full-time permanent in office Monday-Friday role. Reliable transportation is required as no bus service is available to this location.
