What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather and synthesize business needs into detailed functional specifications
- Participate in the high-level design solution and estimation process
- Collaborate with the development team to define functional specifications and necessary system modifications
- Provide technical support and leadership to resolve incidents or service interruptions
- Document designs and produce user documentation such as release notes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Management, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis
- Fluency in both French and English, verbal and written
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize and understand technical concepts
- Demonstrated experience in configuring, integrating, or supporting enterprise-grade financial accounting platforms

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
- Holding an accounting designation
