A leading employee benefits provider in Winnipeg is seeking an Account Representative to deliver exceptional service to clients and partners. This hybrid role requires fluency in English and French, with a focus on effective communication. The successful candidate will manage inquiries and reports while maintaining a high level of professionalism. A strong background in customer service, along with attention to detail, is crucial for this position.

The Account Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Maximum Benefit clients, plan administrators, advisors, and internal business partners. The primary focus of this role is to assist our internal and external partners with inquiries via phone and email in a prompt and professional manner while delivering a high level of service.
In addition, this role will also assist with handling a variety of reports on a weekly and monthly basis along with supporting the processing and implementation teams when needed.
*Hybrid working model based out of our Winnipeg, MB office, with three days in-office per week.
