RGH Commercial Equipment Service

Beverage Technician

$22 - $30 per hour

We have over 100 years of history and our licensed, factory-trained technicians minimize downtime and prioritize urgent service. Responsibilities
  • Service commercial beverage equipment and basic electrical equipment both in field and in shop.
  • Use industry knowledge to service complex equipment while providing exceptional customer service to our customers.
  • Support future training and educational goals; position can lead to continued education in the trades field.
What you bring
  • Education in appliance beverage service, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the coffee industry, servicing or preparing coffee, or familiarity with the coffee culture
  • Valid trade license (G3, G2, G1, 313A, Red Seal) is an asset but not required
  • Related trade experience is an asset (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, welding/fabricating, mover, basic construction, etc.)
  • Experience working in the foodservice industry is preferred
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, accountable and self-driven
  • Able to occasionally travel to work at other locations as needed, or travel for training purposes
