Job summary

Un studio de beauté dans la région de Niagara recherche un directeur des opérations avec une expérience dans le domaine. Le candidat idéal dirigera les opérations quotidiennes, supervisera une équipe de 3 à 4 personnes et s'assurera d'une excellente qualité de service. Une attention particulière aux détails et d'excellentes compétences en communication sont essentielles. Le poste est permanent avec une charge de 30 à 35 heures par semaine.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 ans d'expérience pertinente.
  • Capacité à gérer et superviser une équipe.
  • Expérience dans un environnement de beauté ou esthétique.

Responsibilities

  • Diriger et contrôler les opérations quotidiennes.
  • Évaluer les opérations quotidiennes.

  • Établir ou mettre en œuvre des politiques et procédures pour le personnel.
  • Planifier et contrôler le budget et l'inventaire.
