IIQAF Group is hiring an experienced and customer-focused Bartender to join our hospitality team in Ontario. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, beverage service, mixology, customer service, and bar operations in a fast-paced restaurant, hotel, or lounge environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails, mocktails, beer, and wine
• Provide exceptional customer service and guest engagement
• Maintain full knowledge of drink menus, promotions, and seasonal beverages
• Handle cash transactions, POS systems, and payment processing
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure Smart Serve compliance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
• Assist with inventory control, stock rotation, and ordering supplies
• Follow all Ontario liquor laws and health & safety regulations
• Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bartender, Mixologist, or Bar Server in a restaurant, hotel, or lounge
• Valid Smart Serve Certification (Ontario requirement)
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine service, and bar operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume restaurants, hotels, or event venues
• Knowledge of craft cocktails and modern mixology techniques
• Previous experience using POS systems and cash handling procedures
