A leading restaurant in Calgary is seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience and a strong background in food service. This is a permanent position with competitive wages based on experience.

Job Duties:
· Establish the services to be offered and implement operational procedures
· Plan, coordinate, manage, and evaluate the daily activities and operations of the restaurant
· Recruit, supervise and oversee staff training
· Organize and maintain inventory
· Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
· Provide general customer service and address customer complaints
· Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
· Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
· Manage and set staff work schedules
· Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
Job requirements:
· Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
· Education: Completion of secondary school is required
