A leading charity-based hospital is hiring a Band 5 Staff Nurse to join the Ambulatory Cancer Care Unit. You will provide high-quality care to patients undergoing anti-cancer treatments, working in a supportive team environment. Ideal candidates are NMC Registered Nurses with strong communication skills and some prior clinical experience, particularly in oncology. Band 5 Staff Nurse - Oncology Outpatients. Working collaboratively within the multidisciplinary cancer care team, you will ensure effective coordination of ambulatory cancer care services which optimises patient safety, experience and clinical outcomes, supports clinical and professional development of junior staff, and maintains compliance with NMC standards.
As a Band 5 Staff Nurse within the Ambulatory Cancer Care Unit (Level 3), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to patients undergoing systemic anti-cancer treatments (SACT) and supportive care treatments such as blood product support for a range of oncology and haemato-oncology diagnoses.

Salary: £40,000 to £45,500 per annum
Job Type: Permanent, Full time
Hours: 37.5 per week, across four long days (Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm). No nights or weekends.
