Join our Team at Timberlands Food Store! Are you dedicated to providing exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments? Timberlands Food Store presents the perfect opportunity for you! We're currently looking for Bakery Clerk to join our dynamic team for evening shifts.

Position

Bakery Clerk (evening shift)

Casual: Less than 24 hours per week

Availability: Weekdays and weekends - Evenings

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Package and label bakery products for sale
  • Perform tasks such as slicing bread, frying donuts, utilizing ovens
  • Assist in production as directed by bakers
  • Stock shelves and pull freezer products as needed
  • Assist in setting up products for the following day
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; some heavy lifting is required
  • Prior experience in a bakery setting is an asset; however, training is available
  • Applicants must be over 14 years old. (Employment Standards mandates a permit to employ a person aged 14 or under, thus disclosure is required)
