• Prepare dough/batters for cakes and cheesecakes according to recipes.
• Operate machinery as per specifications and keep clean after use.

• Prepare dough/batters for cakes as well as cheese cakes, icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders
• Operate machinery as per specifications as well as keep clean after use
• Bake mixed doughs and batters to perfection
• Prepare frosting and decorate cakes
• Ensure quality of products meets established standards to ensure consistency
• Follow production schedule to determine type and quantity of goods to produce
• May train other baking personnel to transfer skills
• Scaling of other raw materials as per quantity
• Preparation of chocolate sauces, mousses, truffles and other
• Other related duties that apply
• Clearing of work space as per industry standard
• Baking preparation work
