Overview

B2b CRM/Email Marketing Operations Manager role at a leading London Content Agency. Salary £35,000 - £40,000 per annum; Location: Greater London, Central London; Job Type: Permanent. The role is based from Central London with hybrid working (3 days per week).

UK’s leading membership and branded content agency creating award-winning content. They specialise in working with membership bodies, creating magazines, online content, email, podcasts, video, books, infographics and downloads and virtual events.

What you’ll be doing
  • Streamline campaign delivery: manage priorities, allocate tasks and ensure deadlines.
  • Monitor performance: track KPIs, spot opportunities and push for continuous improvement.
  • Stay hands-on when needed: quality control and attention to detail matter here.
  • Champion collaboration & learning: create a team culture where people love to work and grow.
  • Report on wins & challenges to senior leadership with clear recommendations.
  • Keep skills sharp: bring best practices in digital marketing and campaign management into the team.
  • Lead & mentor the Marketing Ops team member, holding regular check-ins and supporting career growth.

What we're looking for
  • Solid experience within a B2B agency team, managing projects.
  • The ability to deliver digital projects specifically CRM/Email automations & segmentation, plus video, audio and online content.
  • A grounding in marketing and the ability to interpret data.
  • The ability to manage a budget.
  • Excellent communications skills (written and verbal).
