AZ Truck Driver - Sudbury

The diversity of our transportation division involves transporting within the City of Greater Sudbury as well as throughout the province. Materials being transported range from oversize and complex cargo to ore, aggregate, fuel, and groceries.

• Heavy Haul, transporting Ore from mine site to mine sites. Local Work. Hourly Rates
• Light Haul, transporting Groceries throughout the province.
• Float, transporting Miscellaneous / Heavy Equipment across Canada.
• Fuel, Local and Long Haul - across the province.
• Possible drop locations in the US

Skills And Responsibilities

• Minimum 2 years of recent AZ driving experience
• Transport materials, fuel, aggregates, or groceries across Greater Sudbury or within Ontario, across Canada and possibly even the US
• Complete reports such as driver logbooks, inspection reports, and maintenance and repair reports
• Ensure safety and security of cargo, oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, and other equipment

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Current AZ license
• Clean drivers abstract
• Must be able to lift 45kg (100lbs)
