Job summary

A leading automotive service provider in London, Ontario seeks skilled automotive technicians to perform high-quality diagnostics and repairs. Candidates should hold a valid provincial qualification and demonstrate expertise in brake systems, tire repairs, and using diagnostic tools. This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $25.00 to $30.00, based on experience, within a supportive and dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid and current Certificate of Qualification in Ontario.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with diagnostic tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics using advanced computer systems.
• Conduct brake repairs and maintenance on vehicles.
• Handle tire repairs and replacement.
• Maintain car heating and air conditioning systems.
• Inspect visual safety and perform courtesy inspections.

Skills

Ability to repair vehicles independently

Experience working in a team environment

Knowledge in automotive brakes, exhaust, suspension

Track record of high personal productivity

Knowledge of safety and environmental standards

Experience using shop equipment

Valid driver’s license

Own tools/equipment

Able to service both import and domestic vehicles

You hold a valid and current Certificate of Qualification in the province of Ontario. We are looking for automotive technicians that are able to work independently of others, while also being able to work collaboratively at times with peers. We have a full-service facility and we are looking for automotive technicians to help us create an environment of success!

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics using state-of-the-art computer systems
• Tires and tire repair
• Car heating and air conditioning
• Steering and suspension
• Belt and hoses
• Radiator and engine cooling systems
• Batteries, starting and charging
• Brake repair
• Oil services
• Check engine light
• Mufflers and exhaust services
• Visual safety and courtesy inspections

Qualifications

• Ability to repair vehicles independently, while also having experience working well in a team environment
• Knowledge in automotive brakes, exhaust, suspension, tires & engine diagnostics
• Track record of high personal productivity
• Knowledge of, and adherence to, safety and environmental standards for repair facilities
• Experience using shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, alignment machines and diagnostic tools
• Provincial Certificate of Qualification
• Valid driver’s license
• Own tools/equipment (diagnostic scanner/tools preferred also)
• Able to service both import and domestic vehicles

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
