Key Responsibilities
  1. Vehicle Inspection and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic issues. Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to pinpoint problems accurately.
  2. Repair and Maintenance: Repair and replace damaged mechanical components, such as suspension systems, brakes, exhaust systems, occupant restraint systems, heating and cooling systems, etc.
  3. Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with advancements in automotive technology, tools, and repair techniques. Interpret technical manuals and specifications to execute repairs effectively. Troubleshoot complex issues and develop innovative solutions to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
  4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other technicians and staff members to streamline workflow and maximize efficiency. Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate tasks and prioritize workload. Foster a positive and supportive work environment by sharing knowledge and assisting team members as needed.
Education, Experience and Other Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Automotive Service Technician, with a strong background in automotive repair.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, equipment, and software systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification from a recognized automotive technical program or equivalent experience preferred.
