A recruiting agency is seeking an Automotive Reception, Sales Administrator, and Greeter in Central, AB. This role involves welcoming guests, managing front desk tasks, and supporting the sales team with CRM updates. As the first point of contact, you’ll welcome guests, manage a busy front desk, and keep the showroom flowing. You’ll answer and route multi-line calls, check in appointments, verify driver’s licences for test drives, and log showroom traffic. Behind the scenes, you’ll support the sales team with CRM updates, deal-file preparation and scanning, deposit/payment processing, daily cash balancing, key/plate control, courier/mail, and general office tasks. Accuracy, professionalism, and a friendly, proactive approach are essential, along with adherence to AMVIC documentation standards and PIPA privacy requirements.
