A recruiting agency is seeking an Automotive Reception, Sales Administrator, and Greeter in Central, AB. Automotive Reception, Sales Administrator and Greeter, Central, AB

Location: Central, AB

Job Type: Full-time Employee position

Expect to earn: $21-$23/hour (entry-level)

Job Scope:

As the first point of contact, you’ll welcome guests, manage a busy front desk, and keep the showroom flowing. You’ll answer and route multi-line calls, check in appointments, verify driver’s licences for test drives, and log showroom traffic. Behind the scenes, you’ll support the sales team with CRM updates, deal-file preparation and scanning, deposit/payment processing, daily cash balancing, key/plate control, courier/mail, and general office tasks. Accuracy, professionalism, and a friendly, proactive approach are essential, along with adherence to AMVIC documentation standards and PIPA privacy requirements.

Qualifications:
  • MUST HAVE, strong customer service and phone etiquette; AND
  • NICE TO HAVE, experience with dealership CRMs/DMS (e.g., Dealertrack, CDK, Reynolds) and Microsoft 365 (will train); AND
  • MUST HAVE, cash handling/reconciliation skills; ability to multitask in a fast pace; reliable weekend/evening availability
  • MUST HAVE, exceptional communication and computer skills
