A global nonprofit organization is seeking an Audience Development Coordinator to support event coordination and community programming. The Audience Development Coordinator supports TED’s strategic communities by drafting event communications, coordinating event operations, and keeping cross‑functional workstreams on track across TED conferences and year‑round community programming (virtual and in‑person). You’ll help deliver outstanding, audience‑tailored experiences for donors, newcomers, and other community groups.
This is a 3‑month engagement with the possibility of extension. The pay range for this role is $22 - $28 / hour CAN. You MUST be available to work on‑site in Vancouver, April 12 - 17, 2026, inclusive.

This is a 3‑month paid position. This role is operating in a remote capacity and will require working 8 am‑4 pm PT. You will need to be authorized to work in Canada.
Compensation: CAD $22–$28/hour.
Work Schedule: 8 am – 4 pm PT, Monday‑Friday.
