Overview

Position: Bilingual Customer Service Associate (Full Time)

Location: Toronto, ON - Call Center - In-Person, In-Office

Operating Hours: 8:30 AM - 8:30 PM

Shifts: Mid-Day, Evening, Weekends, Holidays, Open Availability Preferred

Shift Duration: 8 Hours / Day

Language Requirements: English / French Bilingual

Eligibility for Promotion: Eligibility based on performance evaluations, every 6 months

Reporting to: Senior Customer Experience Manager
