The Sales Analytics & Controls team is part of the global Sales Business Management organization within MUFG’s Global Markets unit. The team supports the Bank’s sales function across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia, driving operational excellence and delivering insights to help leadership make informed business decisions. Our mandate is to centralize and strengthen sales management processes, enhance governance and control, and develop analytics that measure performance and enable strategic growth. We work closely with sales desks, risk, KYC, operations and technology partners to ensure consistency, transparency, and accuracy in sales‑related activities.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Associate to join the Sales Analytics & Controls team at MUFG Securities. The successful candidate will support the day‑to‑day management of global sales processes, including booking and validating sales credits, developing performance analytics, and handling client‑related administrative tasks. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, global environment and contribute to global initiatives across all products within the global markets group.
