We are looking for a creative & strategic performance-driven Associate Marketing Manager to join our dynamic growth marketing team, to lead creative ideation and execution across growth channels, with a sharp focus on paid social and acquisition marketing. This role will sit at the intersection of creative, data, and media—building out high-impact, testable campaigns that accelerate new customer growth and optimize acquisition metrics.
You are a creative-minded growth marketer who is Data-Driven & Customer-Centric. With experience in performance marketing and creative strategy, you will play a critical role in shaping the creative strategy that fuels our paid media performance. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing high-impact, performance-driven creative strategies and launching assets that deliver measurable results. You’ll play a crucial role in our growth programs and strategy and work very closely with marketers, content, promo, social commerce, and CTDI teams to bring your work to life.
