Job description

We are currently seeking a skilled Litigation Lawyer for our client in the North York area. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of litigation experience, with a preference for expertise in insurance defense, accident benefits, or personal injury. This position offers the opportunity to work on challenging cases alongside a talented team of legal professionals. Salary: TBD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of litigation matters, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and representing clients in court proceedings.

Qualifications
