What You\'ll Do
  • Provide clear, strategic legal advice to clients across a broad spectrum of family law issues.
  • Draft and review pleadings, agreements, court applications, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients effectively in negotiations, mediations, hearings, and trials.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research to strengthen case strategies.
  • Maintain organized case files and ensure timely communication with clients.
  • Stay current with legislative and case law developments in family law.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and responsiveness.
What We\'re Looking For
  • License to practice law in Alberta and in good standing with the Law Society.
  • Strong background or genuine interest in family law.
