What You\'ll Do
- Provide clear, strategic legal advice to clients across a broad spectrum of family law issues.
- Draft and review pleadings, agreements, court applications, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients effectively in negotiations, mediations, hearings, and trials.
- Conduct in-depth legal research to strengthen case strategies.
- Maintain organized case files and ensure timely communication with clients.
- Stay current with legislative and case law developments in family law.
- Build lasting relationships with clients by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and responsiveness.
What We\'re Looking For
- License to practice law in Alberta and in good standing with the Law Society.
- Strong background or genuine interest in family law.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Detail-oriented with solid drafting and organizational abilities.
- A problem-solver with a client-first mindset who can manage sensitive issues with discretion.
