The Canada Infrastructure Bank is seeking a Senior Manager, Investments to join their team in Montreal. The successful candidate will be responsible for screening and executing investment opportunities, performing financial modeling, and leading due diligence processes. Applicants should have extensive experience in infrastructure deals and be fluent in both English and French.
Headquartered in Toronto, the Canada Infrastructure Bank (CIB) is responsible for investing in new infrastructure projects. The CIB’s mission is to work with provincial, territorial, municipal, federal, Indigenous, and private sector investor partners to transform the way infrastructure is planned, financed, and delivered in Canada.
The Senior Manager, Investments (Bilingual) is an active member of the CIB Investments team, involved in screening, due diligence, and executing investment opportunities. Responsibilities include screening potential investments, performing financial modeling, conducting sector analysis, completing transaction due diligence, drafting investment memoranda, and participating in decision-making processes.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in infrastructure deals, corporate finance, and investment banking, with 6 to 12 years of direct experience in P3 or project finance at the Senior Manager level.
