As a member of the Capital Markets Operational Risk, Controls and Governance (ORC&G) team, you will play a key role in the development and enhancement of operational risk reporting and presentations to support the oversight of operational risk controls and governance program initiatives within Capital Markets, ensure consistent application of the Operational Risk Management Framework and associated policies in the business, and support a culture of risk ownership, awareness and issue management in the business and functions. The team strives to continuously improve reporting efficiency and effectiveness.
