• Visiting to the tie‑up banks.
• Checking the loan disbursement files given by the banks.
• Based on the leads received / generated customer’s product needs to be analysis.
• Providing policy quotation to the banks.
• Proposal form filling after the agreement of the quotations and all required documents need to collected.
• Handing over the proposal form to the operations dept for policy issuance.
• Coordination with the operations team for policy issuance.
• Attending to customer’s queries visiting the partnered banks on regular basis and maintain relationship with the bank staff.
• Provide end to end solutions to Banca partners thereby ensuring that service level commitments are met.
• Responsible for achieving the top line targets thru banca partners.
