Job Type & Compensation

Full‑time. Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and uphold Deville guiding principles.
  • Support the manager in achieving sales, profit, and cost targets.
  • Ensure inventory is properly received, invoices processed, and merchandise handled correctly.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and well‑maintained equipment.
  • Adjust staff schedule to meet daily café needs and supervise team during manager absence.
  • Coach staff on compliance, standards, and customer service.
  • Identify high‑performing staff, resolve conflicts, and promote continuous learning.
  • Participate in community events and represent Deville brand.
Qualifications
