Responsibilities

1. Oversee all aspects of passenger service operations


2. Oversee all operations through contracted services


3. Administer staffing for the department through scheduling, deployment and general management of Company and contracted Staff


4. Coordinate local operations with all appropriate agencies and organizations as needed


5. Oversee all cargo and mail handling


6. Check invoices from contractor companies


7. Ensure all security and safety measures are being followed by staff


8. Perform any passenger service functions as directed by Senior Managers


9. Maintain close working relationships with all contractors


10. Communicate any issues or problems to necessary parties on a timely basis and troubleshooting as necessary


11. Prepare management reports


12. Represent the Company as necessary


13. Contribute to the personnel decision-making process (i.e. hiring, performance evaluations, salary, promotions, termination, etc.)


14. Train Staff as necessary
