Description

Responsible for driving eCommerce in diverse channels through closely working with brands. Primarily responsible for defining eCommerce strategy and roadmap to improve brands'' awareness and consumer engagement. If needed, discover potential new channel to generate eCommerce revenue.

Accountabilities
  • Business intelligence

Develop short and long term eCommerce strategy and roadmap in line with Brands and Affiliate strategies. Identify opportunities to grow online sales and recruit potential new channels. Conduct competitive and market analysis. Provide eCommerce consultation and advice to Brands and share best practices within the Region and Affiliates. eCommerce channel business P&L management.

  • Online marketing management

Plan, manage and execute eCommerce strategies and programs for Brands. Take ownership of Brands' consolidated annual, quarterly and monthly campaign calendars. Define business requirements, operational metrics and KPI for campaign measurement. Proactively identify and resolve issues that occur during the course of campaign execution. Execute and analyze programs to ensure and maximize effectiveness and produce optimal ROI at a corporate level.

  • Planning and tracking

Conduct weekly or monthly business reviews with Brands. Evaluate eCommerce campaigns and spending effectiveness. Analyze and explain site metrics trends and recommend analytics-driven changes to Brands. Research and monitor eCommerce trend in current brands'' homepage and retailer sites (or other new channels) and leverage it to the strategies which reflect digital landscape and channel-specific needs. Analyze current eCommerce business and confront competitive challenges for future opportunities.

  • Operational effectiveness

Liaise with Regional and Affiliate stakeholders to manage brands' eCommerce activities. Build and maintain cooperative relationships and communication channels with Brands and respective corporate teams. Effectively communicate issues and learnings to key stakeholders. Manage multiple vendor and agency relationships.

Qualifications

Education

University-level education or equivalent.

Experiences

Minimum 3 years\' experience in E-commerce and online marketing field. Functional Competencies: Strong strategic and analytical mindset to lead and execute new initiatives. Ownership and vision for Online Marketing field. Good communication and interpersonal skill to well cooperative with diverse stakeholders. Proactive and entrepreneurial spirit with creativity. Knowledge of cosmetics or female targeted marketing desirable.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range : Anticipated Base Salary Range $63,900.00 to $95,000.00, depending on qualifications, skills, experience and/or budget, based on a 40 hour work week (range to be scaled accordingly).
