ASSISTANT CENTER DIRECTOR | 18-month Contract

Your tasks at a glance
  • You support the Centre Director in managing the clinic (operations, finance, and team) in an effort to provide high quality services.
  • You cooperate with the medical directors and clinic employees to ensure patient satisfaction and productivity.
  • You complete different reports and administrative tasks.
  • You understand and assume different technical positions as needed.
Your assets
  • You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of EMR systems is an asset).
  • You have experience in management / supervision (15+ employees) and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
  • You stand out for your autonomy, leadership, sense of initiative and responsibility, and stress management.
  • You are organized, self-disciplined, and have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • You have excellent communication skills in English.
  • Schedule : You have flexible availability Monday to Friday (8 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m.), with occasional Saturdays required.
