Program Highlights
- 18-Month Rotational Journey – Gain hands-on experience across key operations and supply chain functions including production, materials management, logistics, procurement, and demand planning.

Qualifications
- Education – A recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field. Candidates with a dual background in Engineering and Business/Operations Management are encouraged to apply.
- Early Exposure to Operations or Supply Chain – Internship, co-op, or academic project experience in areas such as production planning, process improvement, logistics, procurement, or quality management is highly valued.
- Process & Analytical Skills – Strong problem-solving ability with exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or process mapping through coursework or projects; able to analyze data and identify efficiency opportunities.
- Digital & Technical Skills – Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas), Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), data visualization tools, or simulation software is an asset.
- Communication Skills – Clear and confident written and verbal communication; able to document processes, share findings, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Team Orientation – Demonstrated ability to collaborate in group projects, labs, internships, or student organizations where teamwork was critical to success.
- Adaptability & Resilience – Willingness to learn new systems, adapt to operational challenges, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
