A leading recruitment firm in Ontario is seeking a Sales Representative to manage a defined territory of retail and distribution partners. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of B2B sales experience, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel approximately 20%. Monitor inventory, performance metrics, and retail execution standards

Identify market trends and provide strategic feedback to the national sales team

Train in-store teams on product knowledge and brand standards

Represent the brand at trade shows and regional retail events

Requirements

3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in general merchandise, consumer goods, or premium retail

Proven track record of territory growth, relationship management, and meeting/exceeding targets

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills

Ability to travel within the territory (approx. 20%)

Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills

Experience with retail analytics and CRM tools considered an asset
