Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive hotel revenue management experience, ideally across multiple properties.
  • Strong analytical capability with proven success in forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly and concisely.
  • Experience working with major global hotel brands strongly preferred.
  • Professional communication skills in English; French language skills considered an asset.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Drive topline performance through effective transient, group, and wholesale strategies grounded in market and competitive analysis

Balance strategic direction with hands-on tactical execution across multiple properties

Uphold pricing discipline and rate integrity at all times

Forecasting, Reporting & Budgeting

Own the accuracy and integrity of forecasts within established guidelines

Actively participate in annual topline budgeting and ongoing performance reviews

Interpret and analyze market trends, demand data, and competitive benchmarks to guide decision-making

Prepare and distribute timely reports, insights, and presentations for property and corporate stakeholders

Work closely with hotel operations to ensure alignment between strategy and execution

Provide meaningful input into sales and marketing initiatives to support overall revenue goals

Support online reputation and digital strategy from a revenue perspective

Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, tools, and revenue processes

Systems & Execution

Maximize yield management capabilities across all revenue-related platforms

Measure performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide clear, actionable feedback to stakeholders
