Qualifications

  • Currently registered, or will shortly be eligible to register, in a provincial professional internship program.
  • Ability to obtain Reliability and Secret level security clearance is mandatory.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Architecture49 is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Experienced Architectwith a strong collaborative spirit and a passion for advancing the capabilities of their teammates. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead / assist architects and senior team members in project design.
  • Prepare construction detailing and research appropriate materials.
  • Validate plans with project programmes and apply code analyses prepared by senior architects.
  • Review existing documentation and visit sites to gather data for the preparation of architectural drawings, documentation, models, and visualisations.
  • Actively maintain and progress professional requirements for provincial internship.
  • Accredited professional architectural degree from a CACB-recognised university.
  • Currently registered, or will shortly be eligible to register, in a provincial professional internship program.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an architectural consulting firm.
  • Knowledge of BIM principles and workflows; proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, Microsoft 365, and Bluebeam.
